The Barn Wellness Clinic operates a strict Confidential and Data Protection Policy.
You are very important to us and your appointment is booked exclusively for you. However, when it is cancelled with short notice or missed altogether, it is often too late or impossible to offer this time to someone else. For this reason, we operate the following policy.
Cancellation Policy
Less than 24 hrs notice or non-show carry a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled treatment session.
Payment terms
Please note that Payment is due on the same day as your appointment. If Payment has not been received within 24 hours, a £10 administration will also apply.
We take all Debit/Credit cards, Cash or Cheques.
