Springtime not only makes us feel better but is also good for our health too! Better weather means more time spent outside - which is good for our Vitamin D supply of nutrients - good for our bones, immune system and healthy muscle nerve function.
Spending more time outside means better mental and physical health too! Research suggests that being with nature improves our health and wellbeing by reducing stress and lowering blood pressure.
It’s the spring of good health! Time to ditch the sugar and carbs (winter comfort eating foods) and start eating fresh fruits and vegetables, enriched with vitamins and minerals, all beneficial for our body, skin and hair.
